For the past 25 years, Lori has held executive leadership roles in managed care, software & system development and system implementation. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree from Kent State University. She has worked with hundreds of customers both nationally and internationally to customize service delivery in a comprehensive and efficient manner. Lori's forte is to bridge the gap that often exists between the technical and the business sides of an organization, thereby impacting outcomes. When a project, program, department or organization is in crisis, Lori is often the person sought out to identify the barriers to stability, shore up the difficulties at hand, and set forth a well-documented and assertively managed plan to success. While her experience is rooted in efficient and highly profitable business and IT management, she has served as a business analyst, Agile development manager, lead functionality designer, and large-scale project and program manager. Lori has a great deal of experience working with C-level management, front-line stakeholders, regulatory personnel and vendors. She promotes a collaborative, positive environment while being intently focused on cost-effective, time-sensitive delivery management.
